The diversity and beauty of the peoples and creations of other cultures than mine are a source of my painting inspiration. Through historical research and my imagination I try to honor them in these artworks. Cultures are the color of humanity, providing the diversity and beauty in all different forms. The magic, myths and history of various cultures have inspired many of these collages and watercolors, compelling her to produce portraits of life and legends from the societies and customs she has come to learn about.

    Legends: A lively play of color and ancient civilization among the jungles.	Echoes of Glory: Mesa Verdi stands in silent splendor, a monument where spirits dwell in its dignified glory. Geronimo: This particular work was a challenge to complete, as the subject seemed to war with my efforts to get him right. I hope the finished work brings peace between us.	Chief Sitting Bull: Chief Sitting Bull, whose Indian name was Tatanka Iyotake, was a member of the Sioux tribe. The Sioux fought against hostile tribes and white intruders. Soon, Sitting Bull became known for his fearlessness in battle. He was also generous and wise, virtues admired by his tribe. This watercolor painting attempts to honor this man
